Parts are prepared for treatment with our highly developed in-line pre-coating process, consisting of a 4-stage cleaning, iron phosphate etching, rinsing wash system, and processing in a dry off and cure oven. We effectively handle part sizes up to 10' in length, 3' in width, and 5' in height, utilizing advanced Wagner and Nordson spray application equipment and convection oven curing. Parts are processed in reclaim and non-reclaim booths according to batch sizes, and our system is an economical and eco-friendly closed loop system.

All powder coated parts are inspected for quality, and counted for verification. We are equipped for the processing of small and large batches, with rapid turnaround times of 3 to 5 days.
