Metal Works of High Point, Inc. offers CNC forming services to fabricate custom components for a range of applications and industries. We utilize state of the art CNC controlled, 5-axis press brakes with up to 170 tons of press capacity to form precision parts from mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper. Tight tolerances of ± 0.010" are maintained during the manufacturing process, producing units in sizes up to 5' in width and 10' in length. Part weights up to 150lbs are handled. Multiple bends can be accomplished with one set up to save costs and increase productivity.

All parts are inspected for accuracy and integrity employing Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and quality check fixtures. Manufacturing takes place at our ISO compliant facility, with real time parts tracking offered. Available ancillary services include laser cutting, machining, welding, deburring, assembly, parts detailing, polishing, sanding, powder coating and finishing. Typical lead times are 2 to 4 weeks, with medium to heavy volume capabilities. For more information about our custom CNC forming services, or the other value added services we offer please see the table below or contact us directly.
